If the bare chested guy is giving instructions to the crew of the a/c he should be on the left wing, not the right?

Its either; the grass is too long! or, the lack of warning arrows/signs informing us that getting too close to the propellers may result in death.

The liney doing the see off is ripped to feck. He's obviously been down the gym which is strictly against current TORs for today's lineys as they're too busy servicing a/c to do PT.

Lets hope ILLBW doesn't see this or he'll be asking to MAA someone for letting him get away with not wearing a Hi-Viz....

He won't be a liney. In all photo's on any squadron the Chief and Flt Sgt don their overalls and get out on the line!

If this is an original Pic from the 40's/50's then they're doing nothing wrong - even if you thing they're stood in the wrong place.
If it was 60's they might be doing some things wrong
If it was 70's they were probably doing something wrong - but no-one really knew
If it was 80's they were doing something wrong - but who cared?
If it was 90's they were still doing it wrong - but no-one was looking
If it was the Naughties they woud be doing it quickly befroe anyone else turned up
Since then - watch out guys, You've been caught.

Off to port, as seen underneath the aircraft, you can see 'Boy George' having a dump on the grass. He is recognisable by the hat he is wearing! :pDT_Xtremez_14:

The bloke under the left wing is in fact taking his pet chock for a walk. The ripped bloke is giving him the thumbs up to walk in front of the spinny things, and the bloke in the background is making sure the chock doesn't leave any deposits on the grass.
