I finally get to escape!

Well, that's it! After 39 years of regular and FTRS service, my last day in uniform was last Wednesday. I'm now on various leaves until my release date on 31st December.
It's been great working with so many nice guys and girls over the years, visiting strange places, getting shot at, staying in so many nice hotels, and so the list goes on. For anyone thinking of joining; go for it. You won't be disappointed! I'll remain a regular on here; in fact even more so as my last posting had the worlds biggest firewall and wouldn't allow posts on this site (nor most others!).
