Frik
Bratty
Currywurst
Bockwurst

Not forgetting the ultimate in Wildenrath cuisine, the Jaegerschnitzel.

Although I have to say the curry ketchup Wobbly had at his gaff just before Christmas was the D's B's...and even though he claims it was available at Lidl he's a lying gypsy as I can't find it anywhere in the UK so far...

Notwithstanding the list, the all time greatest sausage is SQUARE SLICED.
Found some (fresh) in Morrisons down here at the weekend, the Scottish invasion is now complete.

Not technically a sausage...purely sausage meat easily achievable by cutting and shaping bought or home made sausage meat into squares and frying.

Sausages come in skins....traditionally sheeps intestine

Cumberland all the way...especially from my Uncles shop they were the best ever.

I liked the cloggy Frik specials from the schnelly on Hauptstrasse in Kevelaer best. Though a good bratty takes a lot of beatin.

UK sausages it has to be Harvey's Lincolnshire from the butcher in Conz.

Has to be the Bratty for me, but am partial to the great cumberland too you cant beat the great British taste although there is a butcher in Fairwater Cardiff that does a great Pork n Beef banger which is tops when BBQd
