A chief at work reckons he's been told by a mate on Op Toral that a techie pay bonus is coming in April....seemingly Toral were briefed this and he fed it back to the UK. Source is usually sound....

Delayed pay rise again this year will give the government every excuse to chin off additional payments and use low inflation and impending financial crisis as an excuse for circa 1% pay rises in public sector (if we're lucky).
