And now the official accountants/auditors have disowned/abandoned the SNP so they don't get dragged in to midden. Seems like the brown and smelly stuff has been ingested by the air circulation system and is being spread far and wide

Didn't read much of the article just saw the picture of her exiting the front door. I guess it must be cold in Scotlandshire either that or she's smuggling peanuts out of the house two at at time.

According to the Sunday Wail the poor wee lassie is pleading for privacy so she can get on with her job. Quite surprising that now the smeely stuff has hit the fan she wants privacy when before she would do and say anything to get media coverage, oh how times change. On a scale of 0 to 10 she'd still get 1 bent over her desk.

She’s not a victim here.
No she's not.
Why would the former Scottish first minister and former leader of the SNP, who chucks her knickers into the same laundry basket as the former SNP chief executive chucks his shreddies, have any idea what alleged dodgy monetary activities the police wanted to him chat about.

The leader of the party & the chief executive of the party should be working together (whether or not they are sleeping/living/whatever together) so each should know what is going on, not necessarily in full detail, but a discrepancy of huge amounts of money and a massive loss of members should be in the knowledge of both.

IF he knew there was a police investigation going on into his management of the party's affairs then she really should have known (in my case my wife would kill me if a police investigation popped up out of the blue with a full on raid on the house) so did that knowledge prompt her resignation? Maybe, maybe not, but it's not surprising that people are speculating.

Being charitable, perhaps she knew nothing because he concealed everything from her or he is wholly innocent of any wrongdoing and therefore concealed nothing. Given how other political leaders have been held to account for relatively minor transgressions of rules (with Ms Sturgeon not quiet in that discussion) then she can't complain when the boot is on the other foot.

I can imagine that SNP zombie-like creature that asks questions at PMQ is going to get one hell of a put down at the next session.

Look at who's gone awfully quiet or recently retired or jumped ship and disappeared off the radar....Swinney, Blackford, Murray Foote, Nicola's 'hubby' Murrell, Chief Constable of Police Scotland and not forgetting the once SNP auditors Johnston Carmichael....

Nothing to see here.....Move along now.....Yeah right.....

More potential murky goings on seems the luxury motor home parked on her mother in laws drive was purchased as an SNP party "battle bus" to remove the need for her and her team to stay in hotels. OK got that, totally believable, Nicola, hubby and the campaign team all snuggled up in one motor home so nothing untoward going on here. Move along

"it was purchased to ferry around Ms Sturgeon and her team on the 2021 Holyrood election campaign so they would not need to use hotels."

How long will it be before she steps down completely as an MP - 'to avoid any more distractions'.

Then files for divorce and runs away to her Portuguese Villa for a while to let the dust settle before she emerges into a cushy job with the EU or some other shady organization.

She'll only get 90 days before she has to come back, Brexit lol.

I think most EU countries have golden visa schemes where a 3rd country national can get residency if they invest a certain anount in property or capital transfer. Shouldn't be a problem for Jimmy Krankie. Unless she's locked up of course.

All totally believable, and I'm sure that Mr & Mrs Murrell will have the documentation to demonstrate to Police Scotland that the vehicle was never used for any other purpose or, if it was, an appropriate hire fee was paid (or the vehicle sold) and that the parking on a family member's drive was an entirely proper arrangement, documented as to the terms of the arrangement.
If 'small' things like that weren't documented then people might speculate...

Only sleeps two so according to the SNP Ms Sturgeons team must be very close if they planned to use it as a battle bus.
