Has anyone got an online link to the new 10 week RTC programme?
Trying to prep for my interview this week.

Yea I'd found that one. Was just wondering whether anything similar had been written/published online with regards to the recent changes (addition of adventurous training, etc.)

I don't think anything specific, if its the initial interview they are more looking for an understanding that you know each stage and some of the things that happen within the stages. Adventure training is as you would expect; rock climbing, canoeing, caving, then a hill walking/map reading exercise and generally building on your team work/leadership skills etc (this is what I have read on another forum).
