Can anyone provide a link to SFA charges? I think I might be paying to much and would like to find out. And on a related point, if you are entitled to a 2 bed house but DE put you in a larger one are you only supposed to pay the 2 bed rate? I think that's true but I've not seen it written down anywhere.

If they put you in an inappropriate quarter you will normally pay what you should have paid, if you have asked for bigger a quarter then you'll pay for what you get.
If they do put you in a bigger quarter and a smaller one comes available they could move you out if they need yours so be careful and quiet
Have a look on the rafcom website they have lots of good gen on there.
