It goes without saying though,that if that plonker from Brize is the trade specialist again on the promotion board again, then there is going to be a lot of new mess kit's being ordered from Brize clothing stores.

Do you actually know how a PSB works?

One individual cannot influence the selection process. However, your own performance & ensuring your 1st RO writes a decent appraisal can.

I am not going to run down the promotion board trade specialist, although he can have a big impact on a promotion board. Just letting you know, that as usual, there will be probably no promotions on Morale Sqn at my station. Boo Hoo

Just rumours through the grapevine. But probably duff gen, However I have heard that Lossie and Kinloss have done ok as well. My source however has proved to be unreliable in the past.
