Volunteer ex-Regular Reserve (VeRR)

Looking for some pointers to find out how my AFPS75/15 would be affected by taking up VeRR.

Had a look at Booklet MMP116 - Armed Forces and Reserve Pension Schemes - Re-employment but can't see any mention of VeRR.

Any info much appreciated. Many thanks.

I think it effects things differently as it is effectively a zero hours contract. I’ll do a bit of digging as I have a contact.

Wow thanks. I’m assuming as VeRR is even less commitment than PTVR my AFPS75/15 should remain unaffected?

JPAC has just confirmed that VeRR service will not affect my pension.

If I serve more than 2 years in the reserves, I will start to qualify for an AFPS15 pension too.
