Thats got to be sponsorship or something, there is no way they joined up and managed to miss the compulsery issue at stores, unless they are complete psycho hose beasts.

I just searched it, and it was a sponsored event, and I cannot find anything about it being on this year either, but that is most probably due to the national sports days. You just have to be jealous of the people working in the old admiralty building though, as they will get the best view of the olympics.
