Unable To Have Accounts Activated or Post Messages

I'm posting on behalf of two members of our Retired Military - Police Social Club, they have applied to join this RAF Website but for some reason are unable to get their accounts activated.

They keep receiving the following message,

"You have been banned for the following reason: Spam. Please contact Admin if this was done in error."

Their registered user names are, IrishGuard and AirForce.
