Swimming requirements

I've been given information by my AFCO, and they've got two different swimming requirements on them. One says 25m and the other says 100m. Which is it?

100m, tread water for 2 or 3 mins and get out of the pool unassisted.

You can't join direct as regular Aeromed...unless you want to join the Oggie Aeromed Sqn, if so - your question is in the wrong forum.

To be honest though looking at rock phys standards if I can aim at that standard of phys from a swimming perspective I can't go far wrong.
