PVR min waiting times

Need an HR perspective here. Someone on the SDSR forum on Prune has said

'Heads up that the 6 month PVR now only applies to RoS 30 yrs+, and has been removed for age 50+ in toto, irrespective of any NEM acceptance.'

So if this is correct, you find a job and very soon after that you are out??? Sounds like sh1t, but boy it would be good news!! Half of my lot are already applying for jobs, but the 6 month wait is a massive deterrent.

Could be wrong but is that not to do with Aircrew on PA spine? The thrust of that thread is to do with them getting extensions to age 60 etc.

Oh, was a nice half hour of planning then. You'd have thought they'd be shackled if they are PAS.....easy come and for them now easier go~!
