I've got my limited medical this week to tie up some loose ends on my medical records, and I know that my PJFT isn't going to be long after that, as I'm prebooked for PRTC mid August I believe, however I'm struggling a bit with hitting 35 press-ups, with my PB coming at 28, can anyone suggest some good techniques that I could follow that may have helped them in some way?
Furthermore, I want to get everything prepared ASAP, so is there anywhere I can find an up-to-date kit list for PRTC at Halton?
