No Pics/Movies?

Just recently I have no Pics or Movies as shown on the Threads - So I can't see what you talk about.
Instead I get the outline, where the Pic should be, and a small X or Logo in the top left corner.
I know I've seen this before - but I can't remember what I did to recover it!

Movies should be quite easy as the usual suspect is flash player not behaving.

Try this to check you have flash running properly -> http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/ Don't worry about shockwave player...
