Downsizer and all, it is reassuring that reports were put in. There will be times when risks will be accepted for operating reasons, but, the only individual who can agree to these risks is the Duty Holder. Not only does he read every DASOR but the thought of going to prison for poor risk management focuses their minds. Keep putting reports in, and it will work, or go for the confidential report direct to the MAA. Www.maa.mod.UK - that definately gets noticed!
