Does anybody know how long you have to wait to join after having had surgery to removed a cyst?

Depends on type of cyst, location and how big the surgery was.

Generally, once a cyst is removed, that's no longer the problem. What will count is the location, how well the wound site is healing and anything affecting your ability to pass the fitness test and/or your chosen career.
