You can still get JPA forms on the internet through

Airspace is a secure site for serving personnel and dependants. Still in it's infancy and you'll have to register, but better than nowt.

when jpa was brought in, i'm sure they said something about being able to log on from home. does anyone know if this will ever happen (if it's true) or if they've completely given up on the idea?
