Electrician training pay

Quick question on pay in the electrician trade, it states pay during training and after training,
I'm wondering is the pay during training from day 1 until completion of trade training or until completion of basic training ?
I would assume the former but wanted to double check, as phase 2 trade training is stated to be 18 months!

I don't think it has changed since my day. I was Direct Entry in my trade and basic + trade training time = 20 months all at AC's wages.

The pay rise on getting JT though was fantastic!

Pay goes up on completion of phase 2 training.
