Hi

To cut a long story short, i'm in the process of Joining the RAF, initially with the intenton of joining the regiment. However due to various factors recruitment pointed me in the way of WSO. After weighing up my options etc i thought it would be something i would enjoy and am taking it further.

there does't seem to be much chat about WSO on here and i'm guessing that to do with Op security ect but could an of you good people give me a few pointers, training, best way to prepare, what to expect etc!

Many thanks!!

That helped a fair bit.
Again, I know i have to be careful with Op security but i was looking on the main RAF sight at the plane spec section, it mentions what crew members are onboard which planes and their relevant jobs, but i can't find where a WSO Linguist is used? Can anyone shed some lights on the duties of a Linguist, please?
