Is it just me or is anyone else sick & tired of seeing Adele getting a day's worth of free advertising on BBC news programmes today? I don't particularly like her anyway but I'm afraid I really don't see why a singer releasing a new track warrants several minutes of coverage on every national news bulletin.

Is she some BBC news wallah's bit of stuff? Or is the UK music scene really so thin that any (every?) new track will get the same coverage.

Either way, as far as I am concerned she can feck right off...!

What's her age (or mine) got to do with it? I got just as pissed off when they did something similar with Bowies last release. New music from a living artist is not news. Now if Beethoven wrote something new or Elvis recorded a new track tomorrow that might be news....

Well she has lost a lot of weight recently quite trim these days. No idea what songs she sings must have heard at least one on the radio at some point I suppose. Usual E-Goat rules apply famous, been on TV, etc.

I'll give you that she doesn't look too rough atm & would definitely be within the rules (she's pretty well off too), but when she was interviewed her speaking voice did grate on me so she'd have to be gagged during the deed.....
