Not really,

Having HIV does not mean that it will turn into AIDS. If he does become HIV positive, will he tell any bird he is about to fire into? I doubt he will.

However, if they may catch the HIV & turn into AIDS...

Looks good on the sod. As a side thought, I wonder if he's thinking that perhaps he needs a new barrister after her comments. Good for her.
