E-goat was born on the 10th September 2005. It was set up as a series of public forums to build a community in which RAF personnel both past and present, and visitors from all 3 services could chat about a range of subjects. (Apart from Security related issues). It contains military and civil news and current affairs, sports, adventure training, Squadrons and Stations, military humour, lots of banter, chat and the 'Pigs Bar' for the sickos that are about in all military forces. It also has a variety of other forums to meet community demands including trade specific forums to chat amongst fellow trademen/women. E-goat is free to use but is financially supported via community donations and subscriptions. E-goat is an unofficial community website which is in no way linked to the Ministry of Defence or any UK military organisation.
