I can't speak about working conditions at TSI because I work elsewhere but the people I know who work there seem to like it. I do know the hours are something like 0600-1300.
As for the accommodation, at the end of the year we are all moving on to one new compound, where you will have a 2 bed apartment to yourself.
Bae will not pay for any excess baggage etc. If you fly out on Saudi Airlines they give you 30kgs allowance.
At the moment we have about 30 channels on the compound TV when we go to the new compound it will go up to 50.
Internet wise I use a dongle from one of the mobile networks and it costs 100sar 1Gb download - 200sar 5Gb - 350sar unlimited download per month (about 6.5 sar to the pound).
Off duty there is the gym,pool,sauna,bowling,various clubs and if all else fails the bars.
As for tax you only need to complete one full tax year.
I would definitely recommend it, but then again this is my second time so I suppose I have to!
