    They don't have to - the Government will be doing spot checks so no employer worth their salt is going to run the risk of getting caught making people work in an unsafe environment.

    I've just had clarification from my boss on wht happens next; continue to work from home while the powers that be work on a plan to implement safe working arrangements at each of our sites.
