The rise of the motorist? Or the rise of the motorist who is getting fed up of being overtaxed, speed camera flashed, demonised and generally criminalised in the name of revenue.

Especially when someone says, "No one could move and people were left stranded, nobody could get home. It's going to cost me £100 to get my car fixed. What kind of person would do this?"
Probably someone who was gonna lose his or her livelihood because of arcane law!!!
