Enquiry results - Due to an unfortunate interpretation of the available intel we made a mistake. When i heard the news of the Inquiry, I thought of the scene from Yes Prime Minister, where Sir Humphery tells Bernard the various ways of delaying something, one of which was to set up a Board of Inquiry!
