It was a bit tame for my taste. Mr Edmonds should've threatened to take the councils response and stuff it where the sun don't shine.
In fact whatever happenened to "Da Management" or "Big Man"perhaps these are the entertainers we should send round.

I mean whats he going to do send Mr Blobby round?:pDT_Xtremez_31:

Good one Mr Edmonds.. keep it up..

Fantastic!Very impressed that he doesnt get paid for that show. It shows that he really does want to help. And as for his rant.....Go Noel!!! Such a friendly kinda guy going off on one is great, and he said it himself, its not often he gets angry on that show.

Historically on the Goat I've always stuck up for Mr Edmunds so his actions come as no surprise...Didn't know he was waivering his fee for the series as well...He must have bills to pay...

I think you will find that Noel is actually quite successful in business outside of TV, although as you say he didn't have too. Well Done Noel.

I don't like Noel Edmonds (probably because he never read out my letter to swap shop) but he was spot on with this.
Fair play to him.

His cr4ppy "Blobby world" theme park wasn't such a success...

However, nice to see someone with a voice saying what the rest of us believe.

God Bless you Noel. I must admit, I heart Noel from now until the day I die. Talk about using your status for good. I also confess to having a few tears in the eye department and having to blink them back. I doff my cap to the Edmonds!

Well I watch tonights show and my god, he's definately get the bit between his teeth now with Joe's Bungalow. However it would seem that the council and Joe's grandparents have reached a mutually agreeable plan. However as the planning approval is not in black and white yet, Noel was still sceptical. (Dont blame him mind).

Must admit to having a dusty lounge again, some of it must have stirred and got in my eyes, especially when a barrage of builders, plumbers, interior designers, decorators, carpenters etc etc hit the stage. A number of companies and individuals have donated time, parts, fixtures and fitting to ensure this house is built to Joe's specifications. Looks like it wont cost the lad or his family a penny.

Well done Noel and just goes to show there are many many decent folk out there. It warms the cockles of my heart it does!

Am booking in at the MedCentre tomorrow because I think I am coming down with tonsilitis, the lump in my throat appears every time I watch this.

I freely admit to crying when all the tradesman walked on stage. I cried even more when Noel pointed out that neither he nor Joes family asked for any of it. The public offered. What Noel said at the end sums it up really.

''couple more things to address but britains not broken, its heart is still there.''
