When Gutersloh closed, and 18 Sqn moved down to Laarbruch, a new building was added to the former 20 Sqn Hangar to house a new, and much improved, ground crewroom and new Ladies and Gents toilets.
One of the last acts of the building works was to put up the signs that had been requested on the contract. However, there was some trouble lining-up and centering the sign on the Gents due to its size...

It was quoted directly from the contract that there was to be "A sign suitable for the Gents Toilet".

And so it was!
