Wire Locking AP - anyone got a link?

Just had a question come up at work about wire locking standards and methods - does anyone have a link to the AP on it?

It would be the oldest AP in a library! I last saw one about 1996 at St athan, I believe it was next to the AP on thread sizes!!! someone at Tossford must have one.

it could be in AP101A-0001-1 Wirelocking standards and practices

It is AP101A-0001-1 I'd be surprised if it's on line though, carved into tablets of stone more likely. Last amended around the time of canvas and dope.
