So are these perverts preying on vulnerable young women or simply 'businessmen' offering an alternative to cash rent?
They are upfront about the deal and if the the women are that short of cash that they are willing to take the deal then one alternative possibility is that they would turn to prostitution to raise the cash for rent anyway. At least this way, they only have one 'client' to deal with and are safer that way.
I don't like the prospect but am struggling to be outraged by it.
