Hi.

I understand the board has just sat and the results are out!!! Can anybody explain what the different grades are and what they mean?

So what is a grade A,B etc.......?

May be I should pay more attention!

If you don't know what the grades mean you obviously aren't ready to reach the dizzy heights.....

Look at the manning site from a service computer... all is explained in there. Just realised i sounded like a grumpy ****e but how can you explain things to your guys when you don't know it yourself, as apparently, a potential SNCO...
