This role is part of the managerial job family, which requires the successful candidate to lead and effectively manage the Security Managers (SM) and operational teams within the Business Unit (BU), via effective people management, motivation and engagement. Building relationships, whilst driving through change is paramount.
It requires the individual to take immediate ownership, to identify and initiate actions which will improve operational effectiveness and customer service and ensure that the needs of the business are regularly and effectively communicated to all relevant stakeholders, and provide leadership behaviour which promotes positive attitude and a ‘can do’ approach to work.
