AFAIK it varies from station to station.

It does vary from station to station but predominatly the shift is

3 days, 4 nights, 3 off then 4 days, 3 nights 4 off. Many will do a 24hr at the weekends (one 24 on and one 24 off)

Brize is different, so is Northolt. Some others may have variations as well.

Most common shift I have ever worked is alternate 1 week days (Mon - Fri), 1 week nights (Mon - Thu). Fridays can be a long one, especially on OCUs.
