So glad this old chap has got his belongings back after a media push but it begs the question......
He has dementia but none of his family accompanied him on his trip to London or arranged for a friend to look after him.
As a fully functional adult I have to plan a trip to the big city like a military campaign.
Surely if someone had been looking after him in the first place it wouldn't have happened, duty of care and all that.
