Ladies and gents, it gives me great pleasure to announce the Royal Air Forces Association Motorcycle Branch has been restarted after many years. The Branch is a virtual Branch and as such has no fixed abode.

The committee has just been formed in basic terms and we are looking at increasing membership and volunteers. We had our first outing for publicity reasons at the BIKE4LIFE show at RAF Cosford air museum at the end of April supporting the Shropshire Air Ambulance where 5000 bikers came and said hi.

We are in the middle of creating our first Branch website so people can keep up to date with events and once complete we will have a forum in which we can all get together to discuss what to do next.

Is this for serving personnel, or can Ex-RAF types join? There are a few of us up here in the Vegas of the North West and I can do some publicity on the Club's behalf if needed.

The Royal Air Forces Association is open to everyone, Serving and ex-serving personnel can be full members and civilians can sign up as associate members for as little as £8.50 a year.

If you are already a member of RAFA you can change Branches at any time and if you join the Motorcycle Branch we can offer you group meetings, ride outs, prizes and much more like organised rallies.
