for the last 8 months I have been in the process of joining regular RAF regiment, I have passed everything apart from PGSC (I had to leave due to an injury) however on the time I had to recover I got offered a job in which I now earn 2000 a month. I want to transfer to a reservist squadron based at brize norton. I've been told I can get straight into basic training as I've done all previous tests... Is that true?? Also if anyone here is a reservist what is it like on a normal week/weekend after your training. Is it any good? I've heard a lot of stick about reserves but then again I've heard more stick about the regiment however I enjoyed my time there. One last question, if I join as a reservist then think to myself this is the career for me can I re apply for regulars after a certain amount of time?
