Recruitment and training path of Regiment Officer

Hi all,
I have my filter interview in a couple of weeks, could anyone tell me if I have the correct route of training?
There were some slides in the presentation where I was told it could be different but cannot find more up to date information than:
Filter interview
Medical
PROC
IOC
JROC
Domestic deployment 18 months
Overseas Deployment

Will I have to do a standard fitness test as well as the PROC?
