Hi I am a participant with Rally for Heroes and were raising funds for SSAFA. 50 cars, 11 Countries, 9 days to raise £100,000.
This year every 5 miles of the Rally represents the life of a serviceman or woman who has fallen in combat since the start of the Afghanistan conflict. This is especially important for SSAFA, as they provide specialist support to hundreds of bereaved and injured service families affected by recent conflicts, including Afghanistan.
The Rally for Heroes organising team and the participants are volunteering their time and talent for free. That means that 100% of the money we raise goes towards SSAFA’s vital work with the whole forces family.
