Hello there, I am interested in joining the RAF as an engineer officer (CE specialisation). I have read the careers literature and spoken to a careers advisor, but I would like to hear more about daily life/career progression from someone who has this role. Also, are there any particular ways in which you would recommend gaining experience in leadership/teamwork? I am already looking into volunteer work, but any additional input would be appreciated.
