Push Ups + Sit Ups Workout Plan

This may have been posted here before if so, my apologies.

Found these great push up and sit up workouts online, and should help people of all levels of strength and fitness to build up their reps required for fitness tests on RTS and PRTC.

Check out stewsmith.com too, there's some great routines on there. the push up/pull routine is great for adding reps to your pull up/press up maxes.
