As we all know, the new fitness requirements came in in September, having previously joined at 16, and joining for the second time around, I'm amazed at the contrast in fitness requirements. At 16, I didn't run a mile and a half until I got to Halton, and I'm pretty sure I didn't do any sit ups or press up either (Bear in mind this is over 10 years ago) How has the PJFT changed over the years, and what fitness requirements have other users had to meet?
