Start hunting down the back of the sofa, in piggy banks or wherever but it's almost the end of paper money now that plastic notes are the norm.

Just 100 days left to spend paper £20 and £50 notes

It will soon be impossible to pay in shops with the notes, which are being replaced by plastic versions.

You mean the ones in large bundles held in place by elastic bands and stashed in tupperware boxes behind the fridge.

Would be a lot of work changing those paper notes from under the mattress!!!
