Yey! New IBN dated 4 Sep 23 - a review of mandatory learning has been undertaken and in force WIE:
RAF FT dates extended
Most expiry dates extended to 3yrs+
Some courses no longer mandatory, but 'strongly encouraged'.
There are literally days i am spending doing only courses or uploading and reporting stats or chasing people. Some common sense has prevailed.
