This is my first post so please bare with me as it maybe in the wrong forum thingy.
I am taking up boxing in 4weeks and have not done boxing in 3years. I am beasting my fitness at the moment I just wondered does anyone have any great training tips or are there any Egoat boxers out there that can give me a good tune up programme for boxing.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
