I doubt if this will be much of a problem as there are far more Civil Servants applying for early release than there are places available. At my little unit over 40% have applied in the latest tranche. Is everyone looking forward to PR12?

FFS!!!!!!!!

What are these fcuking incompetent clowns doing?

It's bad enough as it is with a ban on external recruiting. There are gapped posts all over the place.

How about we stop buying loads of crap we don't need and sell off any stuff we don't use? We'd raise more money than we would sacking yet more personnel.

And note the driving force behind all this is "we can't afford them" not "we have decided on the future requirements for civilian personnel and there is no need for them"......
It's get rid of them first and then decide what posts will still be required........ so in the future when the front line can't get its stores from the depots or you don't get paid or whatever because the work is still there but the civvy who used to do it is in the queue down the job centre........
