Medics, Help needed...But not about health!!!

Medics.

I have been asked to do some translation work for INS (Instituto Nacional de Salud de Peru.) Peruvian National Health Institute. It is to do with presenting papers to the WHO amongst others. I obviously need to get the translation correct, what I don't know is the way you medics present things, or the style that is common amongst your published papers.

Any links to web sites, chat rooms or the like would be appreciated.
