Hey all, I'm just starting the real process and was wondering if anyone further along say, Halton or Cranwell could give their opinion.

At the moment it seems all the training is about your legs. Being the best runner you can, hopefully building great stamina. But what about arms? How important is pre-building up your arm strength before training?

Or is it seen that good arm muscles will come in time with the job?

Do as much as you can. Yes you need to be able to run. but the ability to chuck out pressups and more so situps will make life much easier than for somebody who hasn't work on arms or abbs.
