Learner Driver Insurance

Been trying to work out the best way to get my youngest insured to learn to drive in either my newish car or his older brothers older car. Seems too complicated and expensive modifying the existing policies in place and I came across this http://www.provisionalmarmalade.co.uk/default.asp while googling.

Anybody used them or something similar before or have any other thoughts on the best/cheapest way ahead.

This is the current situation:
Car 1 - me main driver, wife named driver.
Car 2 - oldest son main driver (not old enough to supervise provisional), me and wife named drivers.
