There's a lot of banter here about drinking. We will have a special exhibition about "beer" from mid 2013. It will be called "Briten, Bier and Barbeque".
We're still looking for stories (Well, yes, there are a lot of interesting stories in this thread.) items and photos. Does anyone have photos of the clubs on Laarbruch? Please send a scan to hwk95301 [at] live.de

There's a group on facebook called "I Love Laarbruch" (or words to that effect) - has lots of updates/photo's etc. Maybe worth a look?

RAFG was the best time of my career, LBH 88-92, BRU 93-96. I would have liked to have made a third tour but then again I'm greedy. Fantastic times , fantastic friends all of whom I'm still in touch with. If there was still an RAFG then maybe I'd still be in - it really was that good, and it's such a shame that today's generation will not have any experience of it
